Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is non-refundable after 4 days of booking unless stated in another other notice.

In case of late arrival or postponed arrival date / time, please inform us by email at least 72 hrs. before arrival date/time.

No show within 24 hours without any contact to the beach bungalows will lead to a cancellation of the booking at 12.00 noon of the next day, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival and no show are subject to 100% of total room nights reserved.

Peak Season: – Any cancellation made within the last month before arrival date subject to 50% of total room nights reserved.

– Any cancellation made 15 days prior to arrival and no show are subject to 100% of total room nights reserved.
